MHT is learned in Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, a suite that help and improve industry processes flexibility and increase productivity. Paying attention to the staff’s competences, it has many certified consultants that passed the exams to Microsoft centers of certifications. Every year MHT creates a certifications planning for the new team members.
The commitment to the human resources improvement and to the Microsoft’s initiatives and the achieved objects made MHT to gain several qualifications and awards. Infact, MHT:
- Has been Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for three years
- Two MHT’s projects, Bologna Fiere and Chelab, won Microsoft Awards as ones of the best Europen projects at the Microsoft EMEA Convergence (2006 and 2007 editions)
- Has been a Microsoft Dynamics President’s Club member since 2007, the exclusive club that includes only the 5% of Microsoft Dynamics Partner in the world.
- Has been recognized by Microsoft as the first Italian partner for 2008 turnover.
- Won the 2009 Microsoft Dynamics Excellence Award for the most important Italian ERP project
- thanks to sales success, has been recognized as part of the 2010 Microsoft Dynamics Inner Circle, a prestigous group of the 1% of partners, the best in the world.
The achieved results are never enough for MHT’s team. The efforts to improve the competences are many, even thanks to Microsoft stimulus. MHT has received two new qualifications during 2008: it’s a Small Business Specialist, because it can help small companies to feel sure during the implementation process.
